Dies for Stamping

Stamping (also known as pressing) is the process of placing flat sheet metal in either blank or coil form into a stamping press where a tool and die surface forms the metal into a net shape.

Stamping includes a variety of sheet-metal forming manufacturing processes, such as punching, blanking, embossing, bending, flanging, and coining using a machine press or stamping press. This could be a single stage operation where every stroke of the press produces the desired form on the sheet metal part, or could occur through a series of stages.

We are Providing 2 types of dies for Stamping Process:

• Low capital cost
• Metal Sheet feeding process is manual
• Work piece ejection process is manual
• Recommended for lower production rate
• Manual Lubrication Process

• High initial capital cost, which waive off against higher Production
• Automatic Metal Sheet Feeding
• Automatic Work piece ejection
• Proper Lubrication is required for Tool’s long life
• Only recommended for higher production rate
