Dies for Investment Casting Process

Investment Casting Process, so called “Lost Wax Process” is an industrial process of making casting parts of different ferrous-non ferrous materials, super alloys, etc. In this process Wax Pattern is Brought out From Aluminum Tool, which is having cavity of Part’s shape and appearance. This tool is called “Die” used for Investment Casting Process.

• Simple invert cavity from actual part
• Manually Wax Pattern Brought out
• Recommended for Low Production Rate
• Economic in Manufacturing
• The Best option for Large Size Components
• Normal Press Required for operating

• Skilled Engineered Manufacturing Practice
• Fitted with Engineered Mechanism that Wax can be brought out by itself
• Highly recommended for High Production Rate
• Initial cost for making die is high, but it will compensate in great Production Rate
• The best option for Small and Medium Parts.
• Cooling is provided for Tool’s long life.
